Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an Asset Tokenization Product Lead to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for tokenized digital assets across their lifecycle. You will drive commercialization, scale, and secure, compliant solutions in partnership with technology, risk, legal, and operations.

You will lead end-to-end product development, shape platform architecture, and work with distribution to identify client demand and go-to-market opportunities. Hybrid schedule required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery.
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities.
• Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution.
• Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and strong controls.
• Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand and support go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives.
