Job summary

TokenBrickLabs, a Seattle-based blockchain studio, seeks a Product Designer to own end-to-end product design—from problem framing to high-fidelity systems—for tokenization, KYC, and portfolio flows.

You will lead investor/issuer/operator journeys, translate complex requirements into design, and build a scalable design system while collaborating with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design for complex web products (fintech, marketplace, or B2B SaaS).
• A portfolio showing systems thinking and craft, not just visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for investor, issuer, and operator journeys across web (and later mobile).
• Translate ambiguous asset and compliance requirements into clear product structure.
• Build and maintain a coherent design system used by engineering and marketing.
• Prototype flows for issuance, onboarding, and portfolio management; test with real users.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure decisions survive regulatory review.
• Present work with rationale to founders and cross-functional partners.
