Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in biologics, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, PAT, market development, technical marketing, product management, business development, or related field.
- Experience with global organizations and international markets.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global biologics market development strategy.
- Identify attractive biologics microsegments and prioritize opportunities.
- Lead identification, evaluation, and validation of new biologics applications.
- Assess customer needs, unmet market requirements, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and refine value propositions for targeted applications.
- Establish relationships with KOLs, strategic customers, and industry groups.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on market positioning and campaigns.
