Electronic Arts is seeking a Billing Coordinator in the Creative Studio to manage day-to-day billing and purchasing operations across marketing and communications. You will partner with Event Producers, Talent and Community Managers, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to keep payments moving smoothly.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or purchasing support.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Able to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills to track contracts and approvals across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Mansioni

• Create and process daily PO requests in Oracle.
• Vendor setups in EA’s financial tools such as Tap Tool.
• Review invoices, match to open POs, and submit to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain PO and invoice trackers with payment status and documentation.
• Conduct weekly PO tracker audits with Billing Manager.
• Follow up with project managers on un-invoiced open POs to maintain budget accuracy.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with Purchasing, A/P, and vendors.
• Serve as the dedicated billing contact for supported teams.
• Ensure all billing activities meet month-end and fiscal year-end deadlines.
• Suggest workflow improvements and updates to team documentation.
