Job summary

Electronic Arts in Orlando is seeking an organized Billing Coordinator within our Creative Studio. Based in Hybrid Orlando, you will drive day-to-day billing and purchasing operations across marketing disciplines, partnering with Event Producers, Talent and Community Managers, and Finance.

You’ll handle POs, vendor onboarding, invoice routing, and weekly trackers, ensuring timely payments, accurate coding, and adherence to EA policies. This temporary role reports to the Director of Global Events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or purchasing support.
• Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking data.

Responsibilities

• Create and process daily PO requests (Oracle).
• Vendor setups in financial tools (Tap Tool).
• Review invoices, match to POs, and submit to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain PO and invoice trackers with payment status and coding.
• Audit PO trackers weekly with Billing Manager.
• Follow up on un-invoiced POs to ensure budget accuracy.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with Purchasing, A/P, and vendors.
