Job summary

Recorded Future seeks an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale billing, AR, and collections globally. You will drive end-to-end invoicing post-Closed Won, align with Contracts, Salesforce, and NetSuite, and own key billing controls in a high-growth SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes automation, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales, and Finance, with mandatory Boston office presence two days weekly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong Order to Cash experience.
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of billing processes, invoicing structures, and collections workflows.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, complex deal environment.
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions.
• Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash application and reconciliation.
