Qualifications

• Experience in legal or professional services billing operations.
• Strong understanding of Elite/3E and Intapp Terms systems.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST and international billing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working with Pricing and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage Outside Counsel Guidelines using Intapp Terms.
• Ensure accurate Client/Matter setup in 3E from New Business Intake.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team on rate structures and changes.
• Implement and maintain exception rates in Elite/3E.
• Ensure visibility of rates for eBilling clients with vendor updates.
• Close matters; resolve WIP, A/R, and Trust balances.
• Add litigation task and activity codes based on Intake.
• Perform weekly VAT/GST checks for EMEA & Asia.
• Process volume discounts and client rebates per Pricing.
• Maintain and update system designations, codes, and alerts.
• Process matter location and currency changes accurately.
• Build relationships with Secretaries, PAs, and Partners.
