Job summary

Clyde & Co US LLP seeks a Senior E‑Billing Analyst to oversee electronic billing for the North America region. You will back up the E‑Billing Manager and Working Capital Controller, coordinate e‑billing for assigned attorneys, and ensure adherence to client and firm guidelines.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients to e‑billing systems, submitting monthly invoices, liaising with billing teams, and resolving rejected invoices, with emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or related job experience.
• 3+ years of e-billing experience.
• Strong client/service orientation and pride in accuracy and timeliness.
• Proven proofreading and detail‑oriented work.
• Extensive experience with Elite 3E and e‑billing platforms.
• Familiarity with multiple e‑billing workflows (LEDES/XML).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate e-billing for assigned attorneys and manage electronic submissions.
• Onboard clients to applicable electronic billing systems.
• Communicate timelines and system requirements to firm personnel.
• Submit monthly e-invoices and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Troubleshoot rejected invoices and issues to enable acceptance by clients.
• Collaborate with billing teams, attorneys, secretaries, and clients to expedite invoices.
• Monitor new timekeepers and submit rates for approval in the e‑billing system.
• Assist with month‑end/year‑end closing and special projects as directed.
