Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. seeks a Director of Billing & Collections to lead global end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including invoicing, collections, and AR.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Engineering to optimize billing workflows and system initiatives while driving cash collection strategies. You will oversee offshore and onshore teams, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and support monthly close with accurate reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in billing/revenue operations or financial operations.
• Experience leading global O2C or AR teams.
• Experience with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global O2C operations across onshore and offshore teams.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Revenue Accounting to ensure contract-to-cash flow.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, AR, and dispute resolution with a focus on DSO reduction.
