Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in billing, AR, or billing-operations in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of contact management and order-to-cash processes.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and AR principles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recurring automated billing and complex manual invoicing for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Revenue Ops, Onboarding, Support, Success, AR to manage billing and contracts.
• Review contract terms to ensure billing accuracy and Salesforce data integrity.
• Work with Collections to resolve past-due accounts and issue credits/debits as needed.
• Act as escalation point for billing issues and perform root-cause analysis.
