ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Analyst to optimize end-to-end billing operations, manage invoicing, and oversee contract data for diverse products. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations and other teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely billing, and clean data in Salesforce.

The role requires 4–6+ years in billing/AR within a B2B SaaS or tech setting, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ASC 606.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or billing-operations experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or high-volume environment).
• Deep understanding of contact management, order-to-cash processes, sales tax and basic revenue recognition (ASC 606) and accounts receivable principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle recurring automated and complex manual invoicing for various products and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, and Collections to manage billing and contract data.
• Review contract terms for accuracy in billing and Salesforce data before signing.
• Work with Collections to resolve disputes and accelerate cash collection on past‑due accounts.
• Escalate customer billing issues and perform root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Support month-end close and revenue recognition in line with US GAAP.
