Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Director of Billing & Collections to lead global end-to-end O2C operations, including invoicing, collections, and AR across entities. You’ll partner with Finance, Sales, and Engineering, drive system initiatives, streamline billing workflows, and support monthly close, ensuring revenue integrity and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in billing operations or AR in fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years in a managerial/director role across global O2C.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• Experience with offshore teams and BPO vendors.
• Strong collaboration with Revenue Accounting and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and collections teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal during contracts and collections.
• Support monthly close with Revenue Accounting and reporting.
• Ensure billing accuracy across SaaS, usage-based, and enterprise contracts.
• Drive SOX controls and internal audit readiness.
