Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Director of Billing & Collections to lead global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, overseeing invoicing, collections, AR, and dispute resolution.

The role partners with Finance, Sales, and Corporate Engineering to drive system initiatives, streamline billing workflows, and ensure a smooth contract-to-cash rollout. The position requires 10+ years in billing/receivables with at least 5 years in leadership, experience with offshore teams, and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years in billing, revenue ops, AR, or financial ops with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale billing and collections teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve disputes and support collections efforts.
• Support monthly close, provide accurate reporting and bad debt reserve assessments.
• Ensure ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance across billing streams and tax requirements.
