ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to oversee end-to-end billing operations, contract management, and revenue processes for multiple products and affiliates.

You will collaborate across Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support and AR/Collections to ensure accurate billing, data integrity in Salesforce, and timely cash collection. You’ll participate in month-end close, assist with audits, and drive automation to scale billing workflows while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4–6+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or billing-operations experience (B2B SaaS, tech, or high-volume environment).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of contact management, order-to-cash, sales tax and ASC 606 revenue recognition and AR principles.
• Systems & Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle recurring automated customer billing and complex manual invoicing for new products and enterprise customers, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, Success, AR/Collections to manage client accounts and billing.
• Review contract terms for accuracy in billing and Salesforce data before signing.
• Resolve billing disputes with collections, issue credit/debit memos, and accelerate cash collection on past-due accounts.
• Act as escalation point for customer billing issues and perform root-cause analysis.
