Onward Search in New York City is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team. This on-site role focuses on managing international billing, media, and creative operations, ideal for candidates with 1+ years in billing or campaign operations within in-house or agency settings.

The position emphasizes day-to-day billing support, cross-team collaboration, and meticulous tracking of financial documents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in billing or campaign operations within corporate/agency settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with submitting invoices or managing billing is advantageous.
• Ability to support team members virtually and onsite in NYC; familiarity with organizational tools like Asana or Airtable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day billing functions and vendor operations.
• Collaborate with international marketing teams to coordinate creative requests.
• Maintain financial tracking documents and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Proactively address ad hoc requests related to payments and vendor information.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure billing processes run smoothly.
