GTI USA is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key account manager for assigned accounts and handle order processing, correspondences, and meeting customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This role requires English and Spanish fluency and strong communication skills.

You will manage orders by phone, fax, and email, enter data accurately into the order management system, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assists every customer in a timely manner
• Manages orders taken by phone, fax and email, ensuring accurate data entry into the order management system
• Processes customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
• Organizes workflow to meet customer deadlines
• Manages inbound and outbound phone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
• Attends to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitates satisfactory resolution
• Understands and appropriately uses corporate pricing systems to quote customers
• Reviews quotes and orders for accuracy
• Confirms all costs with vendors in the case of special orders
