Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Operations for Global Advanced Services to establish the global strategy, operating cadence, and data-driven management frameworks powering world-class service execution.

You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery Operations to turn complex operational data into actionable business intelligence that boosts revenue growth, capacity utilization, and forecast precision, while building a high-performing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, BI, sales ops, strategy, analytics or related.
• Expert in professional services business models and metrics synthesis.
• Ability to lead in a global matrixed enterprise and influence executives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, Delivery, Engineering.
• Location: RTP office presence required; travel ~5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead annual Global Advanced Services planning rhythm and governance.
• Develop real-time dashboards linking pipeline, bookings, utilization, and outcomes.
• Refine capacity planning, renewal forecasting, and pipeline analytics with Service Sales and Delivery.
• Standardize metrics definitions and streamline workflows across regions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI/Operations team with analytical rigor.
