Job summary

Everpure seeks a Director, Finance Business Partner for Technology & Growth to lead as the primary Finance partner to Everpure's Technology and Growth Organization, shaping financial strategy for new products and business models. You will own planning and operating rhythms, partnering with senior leaders across multiple lines of business and the EXA unit.

You will build and lead a Finance team, establish a scalable operating model, and drive automation and standardization to support forecasting,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience, with significant Corporate FP&A roles.
• Strong financial and commercial modeling across pricing, demand, and revenue models.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to shape strategic decisions.
• Experience navigating complex commercial arrangements and evaluating financial implications.
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing Finance teams.
• Advanced modeling capabilities; familiarity with Anaplan and ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Shape the financial strategy for new and evolving business models within EXA and the Technology and Growth Organization.
• Serve as a strategic Finance partner to senior leaders including the CTO and organizational leaders.
• Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex.
• Translate complex performance into executive-level reporting and insights for decisions.
• Partner to evaluate opportunities, investments, and complex commercial arrangements.
• Build and lead the Finance team and operating model to scale forecasting and reporting.
