Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Director to shape the global benefits strategy and governance. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will own the design and fiduciary oversight of health, retirement, leave, and well-being initiatives across regions, guiding multi-million-dollar investments in alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evaluate end-to-end global health, retirement, time-off, and well-being programs across regions.
• Serve on the U.S. 401(k) Fiduciary Committee and lead audits and governance for SOX compliance.
• Partner with Finance to manage healthcare cost forecasting and broker/vendor performance.
• Direct benefits due diligence and integration for M&A and international market expansion.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to execute enrollment campaigns and respond to complex inquiries.
