Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Manager to anchor deal analysis and execution within the Strategy, Corporate Development & Ventures team. You will build models, run diligence, and drive investment decisions across acquisitions, venture investments, and strategic analyses.

You will work with Directors and the VP, oversee end-to-end workstreams, and help scale the function with room for growth, bridging technology and finance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly, especially enterprise infrastructure, data, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Build valuation and financial models for acquisition and investment targets.
• Coordinate due diligence across product, engineering, finance and legal.
• Produce market analyses and investment memos for executives.
• Support deal execution with NDA, term sheets, and negotiation prep.
