Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience.
• Master’s degree and 4 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and market expert within the Commercialization organization.
• Translate insights into category strategies to support growth and GTM execution.
• Forge strategic relationships with Global/US Marketing and Global Customer Capabilities.
• Design and implement BI-related category objectives with measurable value.
• Partner with supply base to co-create solutions and drive innovation.
• Advance business development, efficiency, and value delivery through procurement.
• Collaborate with Finance to capture value and influence budgeting decisions.
• Drive adoption of procurement-led initiatives across ecosystems.
• Bridge procurement performance with enterprise goals through key initiatives.
