Job summary

Amgen in the United States seeks a Global Category Lead - Value & Access, Associate Director to shape end-to-end category strategy for Market Access, Coverage & Pricing, HEOR, and related Value & Access capabilities.

You will partner with Global and US leaders, drive supplier governance and value delivery, balance costs with quality and compliance, and influence GTN outcomes through data analytics and innovative contracting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3+ years business partnering or MBA with 5+ years business partnering experience.
• Experience in Value & Access, Market Access, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with market intelligence and benchmarking experience.
• Experience with GTN, supplier economics, and budget governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end category strategies across pricing, access services, analytics and evidence generation.
• Partner with Global and US leaders to align procurement priorities with business roadmaps.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and performance cadences for value delivery.
• Drive adoption of procurement-led initiatives to improve GTN outcomes.
• Balance capability, quality, and compliance in commercial models.
