Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks an International Benefits Analyst in New York (hybrid). You will implement, configure, and maintain Workday for international benefits, audit data, and ensure regulatory compliance across countries.

You will liaise with Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams and support system upgrades. Responsibilities include designing features, troubleshooting issues, and delivering accurate reports while upholding data privacy standards and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience with global benefits HRIS implementations and data audits.
• Knowledge of international benefits standards and data privacy laws.
• Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with good planning.
• Effective written and verbal communication in cross-border teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country benefits implementations ensuring local compliance.
• Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot new benefits features and reports.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, People Team and vendors for integration.
• Maintain data quality and timely updates of benefits configurations.
• Provide system expertise and mitigate risks with contingency planning.
• Perform Workday analysis and advise on system improvements.
