Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of benefits HRIS experience in a global professional services environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday benefits HRIS experience including benefits configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-country benefits implementations and ensure local statutory compliance.
• Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot benefits system features and reports for international offices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient benefits processing and data quality.
