Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Retirement, Benefits & Wellbeing to shape and govern our global benefits strategy. You will lead retirement, health and welfare, wellbeing, and allowances programs to support employee experience and organizational performance.

As global Benefits Leader, you will establish enterprise-wide frameworks, governance, and vendor strategies to ensure compliant, competitive programs across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading global benefits programs.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-wide benefits strategies.
• Strong knowledge of retirement, health and welfare programs.
• Experience with global vendor management and negotiations.
• Experience leading teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Professional certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
• English proficiency; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global benefits strategy aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
• Own the enterprise benefits governance model across regions.
• Lead global retirement and financial wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee health and welfare programs design, compliance, and competitiveness.
• Direct vendor strategy, negotiations, and service optimization.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and leaders to drive benefits innovation.
• Use market intelligence and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
