Job summary

KBR seeks a Principal Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefits programs supporting a multinational workforce. Reporting to the US Benefits Manager, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver compliant, scalable solutions across regions.

The role emphasizes data‑driven insights, lifecycle benefits operations, and effective communications to diverse employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in multinational or complex organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer benefits programs across regions.
• Manage enrollments, renewals, and lifecycle activities with a strong employee experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance and service quality.
• Support vendor implementations, RFPs, and post‑implementation validation.
• Prepare reports and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
