Job summary

Cofense is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead the worldwide benefits program, ensuring smooth operation, administration, and guidance across domestic and international locations. You will coordinate renewals, education, and communications while managing retirement, leave, and payroll-related processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in benefits administration, strong HRIS experience (UKG preferred), and a track record with international benefits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
• Experience with international benefits is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cofense's global benefit programs for domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate annual benefit renewals with brokers to control costs and spend.
• Conduct annual open enrollment and education across Cofense locations.
• Maintain retirement programs, enrollments, changes, and COBRA administration.
• Process benefit invoices and payroll deductions.
• Create and distribute benefit communications and education programs.
• Oversee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, and Parental Leave.
• Assist with audits, 5500 filings, and ACA reporting.
• Lead global wellness program strategy and budget.
• Perform due diligence for entering new countries/territories.
