Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Architect to lead the architectural design, fiduciary governance, and financial optimization of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and well-being initiatives across regions.

Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will shape strategy, drive multi-million-dollar program investments, support M&A integration, and partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and executives to align benefits with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Broad expertise designing international health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar benefit budgets and vendor relationships.
• Proven track record leading benefits integration for mergers & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern end-to-end global health, retirement, and leave programs.
• Oversee fiduciary governance, audits, and SOX-compliant processes.
• Partner with Finance to forecast costs and optimize program spend.
• Lead due diligence and implementation for M&A-related benefits.
• Drive employee education and enrollment initiatives with HR teams.
