Job summary

Elementis Global seeks a Senior Benefit Specialist to lead the design, analysis, and administration of US employee benefits, covering health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), pensions, and wellness programs. You will partner with senior management, brokers, and providers to ensure accurate, cost-effective benefits and top-notch service.

This role requires 5–10 years in benefits, a related bachelor’s degree, and certifications (CBP/CEBS/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • 5–10 years in Benefits related field.
  • Certifications preferred (CBP, CEBS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Deep knowledge of US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA).
  • Experience with 401(k), pension, and life insurance plans is a plus.
  • Experience with ADP and Workday systems is highly desired.
  • Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

  • Administer US benefits programs, processes, and systems.
  • Plan and manage annual open enrollment.
  • Coordinate with brokers for renewals and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations.
  • Communicate benefits changes to HR Generalists and employees.
  • Prepare benefit documentation with legal review and disclosures.
  • Provide timely, accurate benefits information and support.
