Netskope is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to join the Global Employee Growth, Benefits & Well-being team. This role oversees the international benefits program, processing enrollments, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring accurate employee transactions across countries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of benefits administration or HR operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity practices.
• Strong Excel and invoice reconciliation skills.
• Business-level English fluency.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Process benefit enrollments across an assigned portfolio of countries.
• Coordinate with international benefits vendors and ensure timely execution of programs.
• Maintain employee data in Netskope’s HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and support payroll processes for benefits deductions.
• Maintain documentation and prepare operational reports for the international benefits team.
• Respond to employee inquiries with clear, timely, and accurate support.
