CodeRabbit is seeking a Global Benefits Operations Manager to own benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, the US, and Canada. You will ensure regulatory compliance, advise on local requirements, and support employees through transitions between EORs and owned entities.

This role thrives in ambiguity, building a global benefits function from the ground up and coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to standardize programs and communications.

Competenze

• 5+ years of benefits experience.
• Experience in hypergrowth or new-market-entry environments.
• Strong working knowledge of US benefits (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, 401(k)).
• Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits and local counsel/advisor use.
• Experience with PEOs and EORs.

Mansioni

• Lead benefits workstream for moving countries from EORs to owned entities, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Payroll on plan establishment and enrollments.
• Oversee migration from PEO to direct US benefits administration, including carriers, brokers, payroll, HRIS integration, and open enrollment readiness.
• Manage EOR relationships and employees under EORs.
• Own benefits operations across enrollment, renewals, changes, and offboarding with SLAs.
• Act as escalation point for complex benefits, leave of absence, and time off cases with Legal and brokers.
• Coordinate leave policies across jurisdictions and ensure accurate benefits data in HRIS and portals.
• Design and improve benefits processes and policies for clarity, scalability, and documentation.
