Job summary

CodeRabbit is seeking a Head of Event Marketing to build and lead its global events program. You will own strategy, ROI-driven budgeting, and multi‑regional execution across North America, Western Europe, Japan and APAC. You’ll drive brand, pipeline and direct revenue through thoughtful event design.

You will inherit a strong core team, plan Tier 1 conferences, customer events and our own hosted programs, and optimize every activation for impact. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events at global scale.
• Deeply analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Strong program management and execution skills.
• Experience marketing developer tools is a plus.
• Global experience across regions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire and lead a global events team.
• Own the global events strategy and budget with ROI focus.
• Lead presence at sponsored and engineering events.
• Build and scale hosted events.
