Job summary

Visa is seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to lead strategy, governance, design, and delivery of benefits for a global workforce. This executive role reports to Total Rewards leadership and requires shaping a globally consistent, locally relevant, and financially sustainable benefits portfolio.

The leader will guide investments, vendor performance, risk management, and transformational efforts to modernize the benefits experience while enabling Visa's long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years with a Bachelor's, or 10+ with advanced degree, or 8+ with PhD.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global benefits/Total Rewards.
  • Significant experience leading complex global programs across regions.
  • Strong financial acumen with managing large-scale budgets and investments.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and navigate change.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with Visa's priorities.
  • Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across regions.
  • Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and investment evaluation for benefits programs.
  • Oversee operations, vendor management, and service delivery for global benefits.
  • Drive digital transformation and analytics to improve program outcomes.
  • Advise senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
