Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to design, govern, and optimize our worldwide benefits programs. You will lead a team of professionals, manage vendor relationships, and oversee benefit delivery across countries where BeyondTrust operates.

You’ll partner with the VP, Total Rewards to align programs with well-being, talent attraction, and retention goals, while driving compliance and process improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years progressive benefits experience or 8+ years with Associates’ degree.
• 3+ years leading benefits teams.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS (UKG Pro preferred) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global benefits strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of benefit programs across the company.
• Manage open enrollment for all regions including US, Canada, and UK.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory benefits requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
