Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior benefits leader to design and govern non-US programs, focusing on Canada and Latin America. You will drive governance across a global matrix organization, coordinate with US HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance and other functions, and manage regional vendors to deliver compliant, scalable benefits.

The role emphasizes global alignment, market practices, and risk management for internationally mobile employees, with a strong emphasis on governance and analytics to guide leadership

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or higher in a related field with substantial experience.
• Minimum 6 years international benefits experience focused on Canada and/or Latin America.
• Experience designing benefits for globally mobile employees (expats, inpatriates, cross-border).
• Ability to operate in a large, global matrixed org with governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and governance of non-US benefits programs across regions.
• Ensure statutory compliance and alignment with global principles and market practices.
• Partner with US HR and cross-functional teams for governance and integration.
• Develop governance, reporting and analytics to support regional strategy.
• Manage vendors, RFPs, SLAs, and regional budgeting.
