Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to own U.S. benefits and support Canada, Australia, and Mexico.

You will manage the Open Enrollment lifecycle, life events, leave programs, and benefits billing while ensuring payroll accuracy and strong vendor collaboration. You will streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and advance global Total Rewards initiatives with SOPs, audits, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive benefits administration experience with ownership of Open Enrollment, leave administration, benefits billing, payroll deductions, and recurring audits.
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, disability, and COBRA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own Global Benefits Administration for U.S. benefits and support for Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
• Lead the End-to-End Benefits Lifecycle including Open Enrollment, life events, and UKG Benefits Hub.
• Administer Leave and Workers' Compensation programs with empathy and compliance.
• Ensure financial and payroll accuracy through benefits billing, carrier reconciliations, and payroll deductions.
• Develop SOPs, audit controls, and documentation; drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Maintain compliance and data integrity for COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and other notices.
• Build strong partnerships across HRIS, Payroll, Finance, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement to scale a global Total Rewards function.
