Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, Global Benefits to shape and scale our global benefits programs as the company grows toward commercialization and international expansion. You will lead a cross-functional Total Rewards effort and partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to deliver competitive benefits experiences for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and governing U.S. health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and related employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the company’s global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Translate strategic direction into scalable program designs, governance, playbooks, and communications.
• Lead the evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and other benefits programs.
• Develop recommendations based on market practices, employee input, financial analysis, and trends.
• Establish a global benefits framework balancing global standards with local flexibility.
• Lead benefits readiness for new countries and legal entities with partners.
