Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to lead international benefit programs and optimize administration. The role focuses on global and APAC renewals, Canada benefits, expatriate and mobility programs, and data-driven governance with cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with payroll, finance, and vendors to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a superior employee experience while leveraging Workday analytics and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, benefits, or related field.
• 5+ years in employee benefits, HR operations, or global benefits experience.
• Experience supporting APAC or international benefits renewals and vendor management.
• Knowledge of US and international benefits regulations and governance.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global and APAC plan renewals and new plan implementations.
• Manage Canada benefits administration and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee expatriate and global mobility benefits programs.
• Process and reconcile global invoices; support PO setup and tracking.
• Maintain Workday benefit plan setup and ensure data accuracy.
