Job summary

Rippling, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own the end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries within Rippling’s global program. You will lead strategy, vendor management, renewals, pricing, and system configuration in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global benefits or in-house HR
• Deep knowledge of international benefits landscapes (health, ancillary, workers compensation, retirement, statutory programs)
• Ability to independently own complex workstreams from strategy through execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with limited guidance
• High ownership, accountability, and persistence in driving work to completion
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries (strategy, plan design, launches, renewals, pricing, vendor management)
• Lead market research and benchmarking to define competitive, compliant benefit offerings
• Independently manage broker and carrier relationships (onboarding, negotiation, billing)
• Own renewal processes for assigned countries (timeline management, pricing reviews, approvals)
• Partner with Product/Engineering on system design and country launches
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations on enrollment, billing, taxation
• Educate internal teams on country-specific benefits landscapes
• Anticipate downstream impacts of policy changes and dependencies
• Build processes and tooling to support scale across global benefits
