Job summary

KBR is seeking a Global Benefits Director to lead strategy, design, governance, and delivery of global benefits programs across multiple regions. You’ll drive vendor performance, financial discipline, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HRIS leaders.

You will shape a globally consistent benefits framework, balancing local requirements with global standards, and guide executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in benefits or Total Rewards.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global or regional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a globally aligned benefits strategy covering health, retirement, and well‑being programs.
• Oversee governance, policies, and frameworks across regions for consistency and compliance.
• Lead global vendor strategy including RFPs, selection, contracting, and performance oversight.
• Own the global benefits budget, including forecasting, cost analysis, and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Global Mobility on integrated solutions.
• Oversee communications to enhance understanding and access across a diverse workforce.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across global and local regimes.
• Lead and develop a global benefits team within Total Rewards.
