WD is seeking an experienced Director of Benefits to lead global benefits and wellbeing programs. This high-visibility role owns US benefits strategy, renewals, and compliance, while guiding EMEA and APAC governance in alignment with WD's Total Rewards philosophy.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure competitive offerings, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance for a diverse, global workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive benefits experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading US benefits programs in large organizations.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of global benefits and wellbeing programs.
• Own US benefits strategy end-to-end: medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, 401(k).
• Oversee US renewal processes, vendor selection, and cost modeling.
• Ensure ACA/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA compliance and filings.
• Guide EMEA benefits across multiple countries and coordinate APAC governance.
• Develop and mentor a team; manage external vendors and SLAs.
