Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Director, Benefits to lead the global benefits program and strategy. You will own health and welfare, leave, retirement, governance, and the budget, partnering with executives to drive organizational performance.

You will manage a global team, craft policy, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions in a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 12+ years focused on global benefits strategy and leadership.
• Experience advising executives and leading enterprise-wide change.
• Deep expertise across global health and welfare benefits, leave, retirement, and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global benefits strategy and operating roadmap.
• Own the benefits financial strategy, budgets, and cost planning.
• Lead a global Benefits team and governance across jurisdictions.
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, investments, and policy decisions.
• Manage vendor strategy, negotiations, and service delivery across global programs.
