Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Benefits to lead the global benefits portfolio, including health, welfare, leave, and retirement. You will partner with executives to align strategy with workforce needs, manage an international program, and drive governance and vendor strategy across regions.

You will guide long-range cost planning, risk assessment, and program investments, while building and leading a high-impact benefits team in a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years HR experience with 12+ years in domestic/international benefits strategy and leadership.
• Experience advising executives, setting multi-year strategy, and leading vendor negotiations.
• Deep expertise in global health/welfare, leave, wellbeing, retirement, accommodations.
• Systems thinking to anticipate trends and drive direction in complex settings.
• Executive communication, influence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong financial/analytical acumen and long-range cost planning.
• Ability to establish scalable governance and decision frameworks.
• Influence policy/strategy through leaders, vendors, and regulators.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change across global programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead global vision and roadmap for benefits portfolio.
• Translate strategy into global objectives, governance, and priorities.
• Lead Global Benefits team, set priorities, and ensure accountability.
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, risk, and investments.
• Own global benefits financial strategy, budgets, and utilization analysis.
• Govern compliance across jurisdictions, filings, and controls.
• Set leave/accommodation program strategy and scalable governance.
• Lead vendor/partner strategy, negotiations, governance, and delivery.
• Collaborate with executives across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, business.
