TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to support administration, performance and compliance of health and welfare, retirement and benefits programs across our global organization. The role focuses on U.S.

health and welfare plans, 401(k) and NQDC, with coordination of Canadian and international programs through partners. The individual contributor will work with Payroll, Finance, Legal and Total Rewards to resolve issues, improve delivery and ensure accurate administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of benefits administration experience with compliance and retirement programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, §125).
• Experience with 401(k) and/or NQDC administration and testing.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced administrators, recordkeepers and carriers.
• Excellent analytical and vendor-management skills.

• Support health, welfare and retirement benefit programs globally.
• Analyze claims, utilization and costs to inform renewals and improvements.
• Coordinate open enrollment and plan configuration with providers.
• Prepare communications and benefits guidance for employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Manage vendor relationships and issue resolution for complex cases.
