Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to support the administration, performance and compliance of health and welfare, retirement and benefits programs across our global organization. The primary focus is U.S.

health and welfare plans, 401(k) and nonqualified deferred compensation, with coordination of Canadian and other international programs through local partners and advisers. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, you will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal,

Qualifications

• Five years of benefits administration experience including compliance, retirement programs and vendor management.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulations including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA and Section 125.
• Hands-on experience with 401(k) and/or NQDC administration including testing, audits, reporting and corrective actions.
• Experience with outsourced benefits administrators, recordkeepers, carriers, brokers or other service providers.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret program costs, utilization data and vendor performance.
• Experience with HR information systems and benefits administration platforms; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Health & Welfare Programs: medical, dental, vision, life, disability and other benefits; analyze claims and cost trends; manage open enrollment; develop employee communications and guidance; assist with leave programs.
