Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to drive administration and compliance of health and welfare, retirement, and benefits programs across the company.

You will focus on US health and welfare plans, 401(k) and NQDC, collaborating with Canadian and international partners. The role combines analytics, vendor accountability, and hands-on program management, reporting to the Director, Global Benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125).
• Experience with 401(k) and NQDC administration and plan audits.
• Experience with outsourced benefits administrators, recordkeepers, carriers or brokers.
• Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, performance and compliance of health and welfare, retirement and benefits programs across the global organization.
• Manage Health & Welfare Programs: medical, dental, vision, life, disability and other benefits; analyze claims and trends; coordinate open enrollment; communicate enrollment materials.
• Support Retirement and Deferred Compensation: 401(k) administration, match reconciliation, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500; NQDC administration.
• Strengthen Compliance and Controls: ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125; maintain deadlines and notices; verify data accuracy.
• Manage Vendors and Complex Cases: monitor service levels, renewals, invoice reconciliation; handle Tier 3 complex cases with vendors.
