Job summary

Mario Badescu Skin Care, Inc. in Edison, NJ is seeking a passionate International Logistics Coordinator to support the International Shipping & Logistics team in day-to-day operations for international accounts.

This role reports to the Director and Manager of International Operations and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to keep orders moving smoothly. You will coordinate order fulfillment, track shipments, and liaise with sales, accounting, and retailers

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order activity through the fulfillment cycle from start to finish.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and all partners throughout the process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on shipment status; manage RTVs, shipping discrepancies, past dues, and expedites, as well as any quality issues.
• Liaise with sales and accounting teams for inquiries.
• Work with the team to maintain updated order forms for each account and flag out-of-stock items.
• Review credit note requests and submit for approval.
• Maintain PO and Invoice trackers.
• Collaborate with managers to implement new strategies and initiatives.
• Manage stock build/inventory tracker and share regular updates.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with senior management.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
