Job summary

BLUSA Defense Manufacturing seeks a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of materials and finished goods within our Mount Laurel distribution operations. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare shipping documents, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in shipping/logistics, strong organization, and ERP proficiency (Global Shop Solutions preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with pro forma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and export/import paperwork.
• Schedule shipments with freight carriers and monitor deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with internal departments, carriers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain shipping records compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
