Job summary

Pat McGrath Cosmetics is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations across domestic and international markets. This on-site role sits in our New York City office and reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain.

You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with 3PLs and carriers, support retailer compliance and EDI, and generate regular logistics reporting to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) and retailer compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Based in the New York City metro area and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders for on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory movements and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues.
• Generate regular logistics reporting and ensure cross-functional alignment.
