Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is hiring an inbound Logistics Coordinator to manage national and international logistics with a focus on efficiency and cost control. You will partner with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely inbound flows into North America distribution points.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem solving, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Etobicoke, ON, with occasional travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in current role
• At least 2 years in logistics, procurement or distribution (within Lush or externally)
• Proactive and resourceful in issue handling
• Strong collaboration and communication across all levels
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment and adapt
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Self-directed and driven to achieve results
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally

Responsibilities

• Support inbound national and international logistics operations into North America
• Coordinate inbound shipments from global suppliers to LUSH NA distribution points
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for compliant import/export
• Maintain inbound transportation and export SOPs for regulatory compliance
• Monitor shipment status, timelines, costs, and service performance
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing and warehouse teams to support flow
• Provide updates on inbound shipment status, delays and risks
• Assist in customs clearance documentation and compliance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities like freight consolidation and routing efficiencies
• Maintain data records and shipment tracking in internal systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction
• Foster relationships with freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams
• Communicate disruptions promptly to Inbound Lead
